Do you accept insurance?+

We accept select insurance panels and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Contact us to confirm current in-network plans.

What ages do you work with?+

We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Our team is trained in developmentally appropriate care across the lifespan.

How long are sessions?+

Standard individual sessions are 50-55 minutes. Intakes and family sessions may run 60-75 minutes. School and workplace sessions vary by contract.

What is school-based therapy?+

On-site clinical services delivered inside a school. It reduces access barriers and integrates therapy with the student's daily environment — with family and staff collaboration.

What is clinical supervision?+

Structured professional consultation for associate or licensed clinicians. Our supervisor is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in Georgia.

Do you provide virtual sessions?+

Yes. We offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth to clients located in Georgia.

Do you provide workplace trainings?+

Yes — keynotes, workshops, multi-session series, and ongoing consultation. See our Workplace Wellness and Speaking pages.

How do I schedule?+

Are sessions confidential?+

Yes. Sessions are confidential and HIPAA-protected, with the limited exceptions required by law (imminent risk of harm, abuse of a minor, etc.).
